The best sticky note app for positive affirmations and more!
Tonight I just want to quickly share one of my new favorite apps from the Samsung store!

And, the best part is that you can add it as a home screen widget (see my phone for my personal sticky note)
Make important checklists, to do lists and more! A basic and simple self-care checklist or mental health checklist would be a perfect example! Here's one. Try making a list similar as a widget on your home screen! Follow your list daily!
- morning meditation (5-10 min)
- journaling
- walk/fresh air
- drink enough
- short social media break
- self-care ritual (tea, skincare, bath, etc)
- early bedtime and enough quality sleep.
I use Sticky Notes for keeping a positive affirmations more on my phone's screen that I can look at daily. It's perfect and I can add and change it to any note I desire!
